Hi there, I'm Chelsea.
I'm a publishing professional currently finishing my M.A. in English Literature and Linguistics at Universität Heidelberg. My thesis is titled: "The Voices Within: The Composite Works of Kendrick Lamar" and my research focus is on gender studies and African American literature.
In October 2018, I started a blog--Booked Club—which combines my passions for travel and literature. I also am a freelance copy-editor, photographer, and designer.
In 2014, I graduated from Emerson College with a B.A. in Writing, Literature, and Publishing and a minor in Journalism. During that time I held internships at Appalachian Mountain Club Books, Perseus Books Group, and Ploughshares Literary Journal. I also hold a certificate in copyright law from Harvard Law School's CopyrightX program.
